Olympiad Registration Guidelines

BrainBox Olympiad 2026–27

General Instructions

  • Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your registration form.

1. Registration & Eligibility

  • Candidates must register for the class they are currently studying in the 2026–27 academic session.

  • Registration can be completed through your school in either Online or Offline mode.

  • Individual candidates who are not applying through a participating school may register directly through the official website.

  • The registration fee is ₹100 per Olympiad subject.

  • Upon successful registration, candidates will receive a confirmation of registration.

  • Each candidate is permitted to submit only one application for each Olympiad.

  • Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Note: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to revise the examination schedule in unavoidable circumstances. Any changes will be communicated through the registered school.

3. Examination Pattern

  • The examination will be conducted in Offline Mode only.

  • Only one phase of examination will be conducted for all Olympiads.

  • The examination centre for every candidate will be his/her own school.

  • Each participating school will function as an Official BrainBox Olympiad Examination Centre.

  • A Centre Superintendent will be appointed by the BrainBox Olympiad Organizing Committee to supervise the smooth and fair conduct of the examination.

  • The examination will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs):

    • 40 Application and Creativity-based MCQs for Classes I–V.
    • 50 Application and Creativity-based MCQs for Classes VI–X.
  • Each question will have four options, of which only one option is correct.

  • Candidates must mark their answers on the OMR Answer Sheet using a black ballpoint pen only.

4. Marking Scheme

  • No Negative Marking.

  • Candidates are encouraged to attempt all questions.

5. Admit Card

  • Admit Cards will be issued approximately one week before the examination.

  • Candidates who have registered through their schools should collect their Admit Card from their respective school.

  • Individual candidates will be able to download their Admit Card from the official website, if applicable.

  • Candidates must carry their Admit Card to the examination centre on the day of the examination.

6. General Instructions for Candidates

  • Report to the examination room at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.

  • Carry your own black ballpoint pen for marking the OMR Answer Sheet.

  • Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.

  • Follow all instructions issued by the Centre Superintendent and Invigilators.

  • Any candidate found using unfair means or violating examination rules shall be disqualified.

7. Results & Awards

  • Results will be declared on the official BrainBox Olympiad website.

  • Merit Certificates, Medals, Trophies, Scholarships, and other awards will be announced according to the official award policy.

  • Digital scorecards and certificates will be made available after the declaration of results.

8. Decision of the Organizing Committee

  • The decision of the BrainBox Olympiad Organizing Committee regarding registration, examination, evaluation, results, rankings, scholarships, awards, and all related matters shall be final and binding on all participants.

  • Any dispute arising out of the examination process shall be subject to the jurisdiction decided by the Organizing Committee.

9. Important Note

  • Registration can be completed through your school in both Online and Offline modes.

  • Schools are requested to ensure that all candidate information is complete and accurate before submitting the registration forms.

  • Candidates should carefully verify all personal details before submission.

  • Incomplete or incorrect information may result in rejection of the application.

  • By registering for the BrainBox Olympiad, candidates agree to abide by all rules and regulations issued by the Organizing Committee.
